How to pay your Service Charge

Full Payment

If you choose to pay the full amount now, you can do so by phone, online, BACS or by post.

By Phone

For payment by credit or debit card, please call 01792 315500 (Option 1). Please use the nine-digit payment reference and the four-digit payment pin as found on the top left of your invoice. This is available 24 hours a day.

Online

If you wish to pay your service charge premium by debit card or credit card online using this website, please click this link

Bank transfer (BACS)

If you want to pay your service charge premium by bank transfer, please make a payment from your account to our account 

Please quote your property reference. The name of the payee appearing on your bank statement will be Compton Property Management Limited

By Post (Cheque/Direct Debit)                          

Please make your cheque payable to Compton Property Management Ltd. Please write your nine-digit Payment Reference on the back of the cheque as found on the top left of your invoice. If you require a receipt, please send a stamped addressed envelope.

Monthly Repayments

We can arrange a monthly Direct Debit facility at very competitive rates through Premium Credit Ltd, one of the market leaders. The annual payment will be spread over 10 monthly payments. All that is required is that you be at least 18 years old and have a suitable personal account with a bank or building society. If you choose this option please either complete the attached form and email to us at pcf@comptongroup.com or telephone us with your details prior to the due date (01792 315500 option 4). 

Receipts

A receipt will be issued on request.
