The processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfil an insurance contract that you are party to. As a regulated financial services organisation, we are required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations such as the prevention, detection and reporting of fraud and other financial crime. We will process personal information for our legitimate interests, when we have a business reason to do so.
Other companies within the organisation such as Tapestart Ltd and/or Compton Property Management Ltd will have access to your personal information where you pay a ground rent or rent charge to them and/or pay service charge to them.
