We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outsourcing Sales Specialist to sell our comprehensive range of accountancy outsourcing services to businesses across various industries.
Our Accountancy outsourcing services include:
- Accountancy
From accounts payable/receivable to financial statements and management reports.
- Bookkeeping
Daily bookkeeping covering cash/bank, purchases/sales, VAT, and more.
- Accounts Payable
Accurate invoice processing, reconciliation, and custom reporting.
- Accounts Receivable
Timely invoicing, credit control, and debtor management.
- Financial Statements
Regular provision of cash flow, profit & loss, and balance sheets.
- End of Year Accounts
Comprehensive accounts meeting Companies House requirements.
- Management Reports
Customized reports and budget preparation.
- Credit Control
Robust credit control systems and debt management.
- Payroll Administration
Full-service payroll processing with HMRC compliance.
With a strong track record in B2B sales and a self-starter attitude, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to source and convert leads independently. A background in selling accountancy services would be an advantage.
The postholder can work from home but must be willing and able to travel within England and Wales to meet with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by researching potential clients in target industries.
2. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through various channels, including cold calling and referrals.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' accounting requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
4. Present our range of accountancy outsourcing services to prospects, articulating the value proposition and benefits of partnering with our company.
5. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services for new clients.
7. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or professional services sector.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
4. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Knowledge of accounting principles and outsourcing services is desirable but not essential.
6. Willingness to travel within England and Wales as required to meet with clients.

Location, working patterns and benefits
The postholder can be based anywhere in the UK but will need to travel in England and Wales.
This is a fixed term contract of between 9-12 months on a part time basis with flexible hours to suit you, up to 20 per week. These will need to be worked from Monday to Friday between 9am – 5 pm to suit UK business hours.
