The Service

 

The level of service provided by us will also depend on the amount of the service charge. In the case of smaller blocks with a minimal service charge, we may be involved only as and when necessary to deal with major issues such as drains and roof repairs; gardening, cleaning etc will be arranged by the lessees themselves.

We provide a more “hands on” service to bigger blocks which may have, for example, lifts, sewage pumping stations, security systems and parking controls.

We also give access to an ‘out of hours’, 7 days a week maintenance line service to provide help for all types of emergency maintenance issues in communal areas. This is supported by a national network of emergency contractors.
