What type of deal we do
We are prepared to buy land outright or under option. If it is bought under option, it will be our responsibility to try to obtain planning permission: we have an in-house team with surveying, legal and architectural expertise, who will optimise the chances of success of any planning application or appeal.

What you do now
If you want to discuss informally any proposal without any obligations on either side, please contact our land buyer Steve Gibbins. All discussions will be treated in strictest confidence: in particular, your identity will not be disclosed by ourselves in any initial discussion with the planners.
