We are in the market to acquire more land.

Types of land we will consider buying include:-

  • with or without planning permission
  • suitable for residential and/or commercial development
  • greenfield or already built on
  • tenanted or vacant possession
  • surplus farm land

The area which will be of particular interest to us is Souh Wales .

What type of deal we do

We are prepared to buy land outright or under option. If it is bought under option, it will be our responsibility to try to obtain planning permission: we have an in-house team with surveying, legal and architectural expertise, who will optimise the chances of success of any planning application or appeal.
