If you are interested in purchasing an extension to the term of your lease, please write to us asking for a quote; this is done without creating any obligation on either side. The quote will depend on, among other things, the value of your flat and the number of years left to run on the lease. The new term (which we will send you a quote for) will be 125 years from 1 st January of the current year: everything else in the lease (including the level of ground rent) will remain unchanged.
