> Dunleavy Drive, Cardiff

This development of 18,300 square feet (1,700 square metres) comprises 4 detached restaurants and a drive-thru': the scheme has piazza style setting with landscaped areas and walkways. Only 1 unit of 4,500 square feet (418 square metres) remains available - all the other units are taken. An application for planning permission was approved on 18th January, 2006. Construction is expected to commence in early 2006 with the restaurants trading by late Autumn 2006.

> Shotwick Park, Deeside

We are looking for occupiers for Shotwick Park , our 396 acre (160 hectare) site, located some 6 miles north west of Chester at the roundabout junction of the A550(T) with the A548. The northern perimeter of the Deeside Industrial Park is directly opposite our site.

This is an opportunity for a major distribution and warehouse facility: potential occupiers can specify the unit size they require. Phase 1 on 100 acres could accommodate a single unit of up to 1 million square feet (93,000 square metres).

Shotwick Park offers easy access to the M56 and from there to the M53, M6 and M62. In the opposite direction, Shotwick Park offers access via the A55 dual carriageway to the port of Holyhead for ferries to Ireland .

> Glamorgan Regeneration Park

We own a site at Meadow Street , Treforest comprising 20 acres (8 hectares). The site is located between the A473 and the River Taff. We are in a joint venture with Macob Projects Limited to develop our site and adjoining sites with a total area of 34 acres (14 hectares), mainly for occupation by The University of Glamorgan. The draft master plan for the university expansion includes student accommodation, a conference centre, student recreation facilities, a research centre and academic facilities of various sizes. Given the complexities involved in land assembly, infrastructure, university funding and obtaining planning permission, it is unlikely that construction will commence in the next couple of years. The site is allocated in the emerging UDP for university use.
