Our current schemes include a development comprising 18,300 square feet for 4 restaurants and a drive‑thru’ at Cardiff Bay and (in a joint venture with Macob Projects Limited) the 34 acre extension of the University of Glamorgan at Treforest.  We also own a 396 acre site 5 miles north west of Chester where we hope to develop a park for industrial warehousing.

We sell ceramic wall and floor tiles from 2 depots, which are located in Swansea and Cardiff.  We sell to the public as well as the trade; we also distribute to other retailers.  Tiles can be ordered on‑line for delivery anywhere in mainland UK.  We import our tiles from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey and China.

We own a ground rent portfolio of freehold, leasehold and rentcharge interests.  Our portfolio of 45,000 annual collections comprises both commercial and residential (including houses and flats).  We are in the market for more ground rents to add to our portfolio.  We have a specialist, in‑house legal team who are able to ease the administrative burden and minimise the costs for the vendor.

We offer the lessees in our ground rent portfolio the opportunity to place their buildings insurance with a scheme set up with Zurich Insurance Company.  We also offer contents insurance via certain underwriters at Lloyd’s.

We sell an eco-friendly physical slug barrier which is a mixture of myrrh resin and sawdust.  The product, which can be ordered on‑line, is based on an invention by The School of Biosciences, Cardiff University.  A spray is now being developed.

We offer a service for patent owners of searching for and negotiating with potential licensees.  Any licence fee generated (net of expenses) is split between ourselves and the patent owner.  This business model was developed out of the IP Wales programme run by University of Wales Swansea.
